When is the 2013 Pinky Promise Conference?

How old do I have to be to attend the conference?
You must be 18 years old to check into the hotel or rooming with someone who’s at least 18.
Where will the conference be held?
The Westin Airport Atlanta Hotel located at 4736 Best Road, Atlanta, GA, USA.
Do I have to stay at the hotel to be a part of the conference?
It’s recommended to stay at this hotel as there will be early morning and late evening sessions, and we’ve worked out a great discounted nightly rate. You can however still attend the conference if you’re not staying at the hotel.
Where do I register?
Registration is separate from booking your room at the Westin. To register, simply buy your ticket here. To book your room, reserve it here.
How much does it cost to attend the conference?
It is $25 (+ $2.30 registration site and processing fee) for the ticket. It is $99 + tax per night for the room.
What time do I need to arrive?
The meet and greet will be held starting at 12:00 noon on Thursday, January 24th. The hotel has explained that you can check-in any time, as long as your room is ready. This is at the will and availability of the hotel.
Is there a limit to how many people can register for the conference?
The meeting space we have booked can hold up to 800 people, and tickets are being sold pretty quickly. It is recommended to purchase your ticket first before booking your room, as there will be a cap.
Is there a deadline for registration? Hotel Booking?
The deadline for booking rooms at our discounted rate is January 2nd 2013, any time after that would be at the regular cost of the hotel. The deadline for purchasing your ticket is up through the first day of the conference, or when tickets are sold out.
Will meals be offered at the conference?
All ladies are responsible for their own meals. There will be a brunch on Sunday morning at 10 am that you can purchase tickets upon registration on the first day of the conference. There is also a restaurant in the hotel.
What if I want to go but am not sure? Can I reserve my room and cancel if I decide not to go?
Tickets are non-refundable. And we are also under contract with the hotel to fill the amount of rooms booked. So please only book your rooms if you are sure you plan to go.
Can I room with someone? And how do we split the costs?
Yes you can. The hotel has asked us to allow 2 people per room. The Pinky Promise Forum has a discussion posted for people who are looking for roommates here. One person has to reserve the room with their credit/debit card, but upon checkout, you can pay separately. Your credit card will not be charged until checkout.
What should I bring to the conference?
Clothes to be comfortable in, your bible, items for the “Heart to Heart Clothing Swap”, talent show needs if you plan to audition, workout gear for Zumba.
