1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
While it's important not to focus on vanity or be vain in any way ("excessive pride in or admiration of one's own appearance or achievements"), it is important that we take good care of our bodies. Taking good care of our bodies won't come through some miracle weight loss pills, or unhealthy fad diets, but through simple exercise and clean eating :)
On the Pinky Promise Fit Chicks group, we are here to challenge ourselves, learn from each other, experience/share progress and hold each other accountable.
Post discussions, tips, knowledge, ask questions, share articles, prayers, vent, whatever, but we are about fitness and taking care of our temples here! Be sure to check out the group weekly, for challenges and recipes and things :)

Hey ladies, if you have xfinity On Demand there are free workouts under Sports & Fitness. There is cardio, kickboxing, and dance. They even have 10 minute workouts if you don't have a lot of time.

Ladies I need help. Before I became pregnant I lost about 15 pounds and I was in shape. Then I had my son who is now 5 months and I am so out of shape and I have borderline high cholesterol which is noot good. I neeed help and motivation. I want to be in shape for me and for my husband....Please i need some advice im in dire need!!!
@natalie I do insanity and I agree, Shawn T is crazy lol. Insanity realy works in two weeks I lost 7 pounds and that dont onclude dieting. But Hopefully I can make it to the 60 days because I want to try his asylum workut.

I've just begun to do a stretch routine. It should be at least 15 minutes so that you can feel the benefits through out your day.
Ladies! Do you stretch in the morning? If not, you should try and do since it creates blood circulation and can keep you limber.
